Boom

This new restaurant is known as much for its interior design as its food. Rather than an explosive device, the name 'Boom' recalls the post-war Italian economic miracle. Guests can appreciate a millennium take on 1960s design while sampling a tempting array of southern Italian cuisine. The fresh pasta with ceci e orata (chick peas and sea bream) is delicious, and, for once, vegetarians are spoilt for choice with Mezzogiorno goodies such as polpette di carote (small carrot fritters) and fagottini al limone (buffalo mozzarella wrapped in lemon leaves).
